Guitarist Mike Moser has played in many small groups and big bands in the Buffalo area performing a wide variety of musical styles including jazz, blues, ragtime, dixieland and classical. This includes work with the Buffalo Brass, Ron Corsaro Trio, Jim Tudini Big Band, Sal Andolina Quintet and many others.
While primarily a jazz guitarist, he has played guitar, mandolin and banjo in pit orchestras for numerous musicals and shows in Buffalo, Rochester, Toronto, Erie and Chautauqua. These have included productions of Evita, Chorus Line, Grease, Porgy and Bess, The Barber of Seville, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, Chicago, The Lion King and performers ranging from John Dankworth to Chuck Berry.
Mike has played pops concerts with the Buffalo Philharmonic since 1983 and toured with the North Carolina Opera production of Man of LaMancha. He's also played for the Erie Philharmonic, Chautauqua Symphony and Chautauqua Opera.
