Hard Logic

Founded in 2001, Hard Logic is a high energy Western New York jazz-fusion band that performs original music with a unique flair.  This precision instrumental ensemble features sax-man and composer Paul DeLoria (saxes and electronic wind instrument).  The group also includes a cast of Western New York's finest musicians: Dave Pinto (bass), Greg Gilmore  (keyboards), and Chris Dembeyiotis (drums). Groups such as Steps Ahead, Weather Report, Spyro Gyra, and The Brecker Brothers have been significant influences on Hard Logic’s sound.

In 2008 Hard Logic released the album Group Theory.  The track “Crudites” from Group Theory, was awarded first place in Billboard’s World Songwriting Competition.  This recognition was validation that Hard Logic was on its way to creating a distinctive niche within the jazz market.

“Hardlogic has achieved 21st century jazz that is in a class of its own. The group’s unique music has not only kept them busy with local and regional performances, it has gained them airplay on hundreds of radio stations around the world.”(Featured Band) The Indie Music Review
