**The Lewiston Jazz Festival needs your support!! This FREE festival costs over $100,000 to host. We rely exclusively on sponsorship revenues and contributions from people like you who love to come and enjoy two days of free entertainment!! We welcome contributions of any amount. Q: How many people generally attend the Festival?
A: The 2010 Jazz Festival attracted an estimated 40,000 attendees, and we expect even more will attend this year!
Q: Will there be parking available?
A: Police will direct traffic to parking areas along side streets.
Q: Will there be handicap parking available, and where?
A: There are limited handicap spaces available on North Fourth Street between Ridge and Center Streets.
Q: How many musicians will be performing?
A: Continuous jazz will be performed throughout the weekend by over 150 musicians. For information on the performers, click here.
Q: Will the music venues be indoors or outdoors?
A: The Jazz Festival music venues are all outdoors. Local restaurants and pubs will feature music in their establishments.
Q: What will happen in the event of inclement weather?
A: The Festival will be held, rain or shine!
Q: Will there be seating available at each music venue?
A: Yes, but seating is limited. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
