2025 Musician / Performing Group Application

August 22-23, 2025 (Friday 5pm - 10:30pm and Saturday Noon - 10:30pm)
The Northwest Jazz Festival strives to bring a unique program to the festival.  If you / your group is performing within 60 days and within 100 miles surrounding the date of the Northwest Jazz Festival in Lewiston, NY in another jazz festival, this will be a consideration in our selection process. Additionally, if selected, we ask that no performances  (gig, restaurant, nightclub, etc.) be scheduled within 1 week and 30 mile surrounding the date of the Northwest Jazz Festival in Lewiston, NY.

The Northwest Jazz Festival Board of Directors and staff reserves the right to determine the impact of other scheduled performances with the goal of establishing a unique program for the festival.
