A Board Member of the festival and Lewiston resident, Matthew S. Feldman is an attorney concentrating in corporate formations and transactions, health law, foreclosure settlements, professional liability matters, personal and corporate tax matters, the renewable energy sector, contracts, negotiations, debtor/creditor issues, international, and labor and employment law, advising employers on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and the preparation of employment policies and handbooks.  Matthew has defended against employment discrimination suits before the New York State Division of Human Rights (DHR) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and represented employers in private labor arbitrations.  Matthew maintains a foreign language proficiency in both Arabic and Spanish to benefit his domestic and international clients and is an alumnus of the University of Rochester, Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he concentrated in international law. Prior to entering the practice of law, Matthew worked in the technology sector specializing in business consulting, software development and support.

Matthew is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County, and serves as General Counsel and Board-member to Evergreen Health Services of Western New York.  Matthew also serves as a Board-member for the Lewiston Public Library Foundation and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.A Board Member and Lewiston resident, Matthew S.
