Founder of Historic Lewiston Jazz Festival, past Chairman of event and current Vice Chairman.

Richard is  currently Director of Community and Government Affairs at One Niagara and also work as a special assistant to NYS Senator Robert Ortt.

He was in business  as an Independent Insurance Agent for 39 years, followed 15 1/2 years as Mayor of the Village of Lewiston, New York and one year as Niagara County Legislator.

Richard's love for Jazz since childhood was motivation to bring great music to the Village of Lewiston.
