We Need Your Help!!

Our fundraiser event will be held at the Lewiston Fire Company No. 2 (1705 Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, New York 14304). The doors open at 12:00 pm with the first raffle at 1:00 pm. Please consider volunteering for one of the tasks below. On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff, thank you in advance for your help in making this event a success.

Volunteer Assignment

Set Up: Beginning at 10:00 am. Set up of tables, chairs, raffle areas, etc.

Door Sales: Checking in guests and assisting with any questions, etc.

Big Ticket Raffle Sales: Selling of raffle tickets for larger raffle items

50/50 Ticket Sales: Selling of 50/50 tickets throughout the event

Floor Raffle Ticket Sales: Selling of meat raffle tickets on the floor during the event. Must be able to make change quickly and move accordingly around the floor

Clean Up: Clean up and take down after the event.
