Led by multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer Paul Hage, Mirage creates a unique and exciting ambiance of instrumental music pulling from rhythms and melodies from the Mediterranean and Middle East. They fuse this within modern Jazz and Nuevo Flamenco genres featuring contemporary gypsy guitar stylings, darbuka rhythms, electronic timbres, as well as popular covers arranged in Mirage’s unique style. Paul is joined by Dan Innes, a talented multi-instrumentalist playing bass and guitar, and Hicham a Moroccan-born percussionist playing cajon and darbuka.

Our Story

The Lewiston Jazz Festival began in 2001 to revitalize the regional Jazz scene. The festival has grown to be one of the largest in the Northeast, featuring over 150 musicians throughout the two day event.
