Jewelry Vendor Application
***No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 1, 2025
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- NO items except jewelry shall be sold and you may be asked to leave if you do not oblige. Large discount signage is also prohibited.
- Spaces are approximately 10 x 12. Only the approved businesses can vend in the assigned space. Subletting an assigned Vendor space is NOT permitted.
- Friday, August 22: Vendor set-up begins at 12:00 am. Set-up ends at 5:00 pm.
- Vendors are responsible for supplying their own weather protection, equipment, and supplies.
- All vehicles must vacate Center Street by 3:00 pm.
- Vendors must be open and ready for business by 5:00 pm. All Vendor spaces must close by 10:30 pm.
- Overnight Security is provided from 11 pm on Friday – 8 am on Saturday. (Lewiston Jazz Festival, Inc., is NOT responsible for items left overnight).
- Saturday, August 23: Vendor vehicles must vacate Center Street by 9:00 am.
- Vendors must be open and ready for business by 11:00 am. All Vendor spaces must close by 10:30 pm.
- At the end of the Festival, vendors are responsible for clean-up of their area. Failure to do so may impact future participation.
- DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING on the street.
- NO pets will be allowed in your vendor space under the tent except service animals with appropriate paperwork.
- Glass bottles or containers are NOT permitted on Festival grounds during the Festival.
INCLUDED IN VENDING FEE:
- Single Space - (1) One (8) eight ft. table and (2) Two chairs
- Double Space - (2) Two (8) eight ft. tables and (4) Four chairs
- Vendors are responsible for their assigned furnishings. If there is an issue with your allotment, please call Bonnie Haskell (716) 957-4851 on Friday during Festival set-up (12 pm – 5 pm). If you need to rent additional furnishings, please contact us to place an order with the Festival Rental Partner, at your expense.
DUMPSTERS:
- Vendor trash can NEVER be placed in Village of Lewiston trash containers or in local business-owned dumpsters
- Vendors are responsible for the day-long cleanliness of their booths/Vendor spaces/furnishings
- Vendors are required to supply trash containers and brooms to maintain their booths/Vendor spaces each night in a manner that best reflects the Festival and their establishment
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE:
To the fullest extent of the law, Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Lewiston Jazz Festival, Inc., its staff, officers, sponsors, and Board of Directors against all claims, liabilities, expenses, and losses, including attorneys’ fees, suffered or incurred by the Lewiston Jazz Festival, Inc., as a result of:
- Failure of Vendor to perform any covenant required by Lewiston Jazz Festival, Inc., hereunder;
- Any accident, injury, or damage, which shall happen in or about the designated premises or result from the Vendors’ use of the premises, or from any equipment related thereto;
- Failure of Vendor to comply with any requirements of any governmental authority;
- Breach of Vendor or any representation, warranty, covenant, duty, or agreement contained herein.
- Violating these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate removal from Festival.
